Meet the CEO

Osiyoye Adedotun Emmanuel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Emma Shield Security Services Limited. A native of Odogbolu, from Agada Quarters in Odogbolu Local Government Area of Ogun State, Nigeria, he was born and raised in Mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos State.

From an early age, he developed a deep passion for security, discipline, and service to humanity. During his primary and secondary school years, he actively participated in organizations such as the Boys Brigade and the Red Cross Society, laying the foundation for his lifelong commitment to safety and leadership.

While studying at Olabisi Onabanjo University, he joined the Man O’ War organization, where his dedication and leadership qualities quickly earned him the position of Provost Marshal. During this period, he underwent several drills, training exercises, and bush camping programs facilitated by representatives of the Nigerian Army. His outstanding service earned him multiple awards and certifications, including the prestigious Silver Statesman Certificate presented by the university management upon graduation.

During his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Makoda Local Government Area of Kano State, he further demonstrated his leadership capabilities by serving as a platoon instructor responsible for conducting drills and coordinating parade activities for corps members.

Today, he remains an active and respected member of the Man O’ War Statesman community and serves as a prominent executive member within Ogun State.

Driven by an unwavering passion for security and public safety, he maintained strong professional relationships with various security agencies in Nigeria, including the Nigerian Police Force, Nigerian Army, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), and other related institutions.

His journey into private security entrepreneurship began when a close associate recognized his passion and encouraged him to establish a security company of his own. Through a franchise partnership with an existing private security organization in Lagos, operations commenced in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State. Within a short period, the organization gained recognition for its professionalism, discipline, and commitment to quality service.

Following a business disagreement that led to the end of the partnership, he took a bold step to officially establish Emma Shield Security Services Limited, a company built on integrity, professionalism, resilience, and excellence.

Under his leadership, the company continues to grow with a strong commitment to providing dependable security solutions and building safer communities.
